From 1st April 2017 to the present, I have been serving as a Designated Partner at Nagaiah Law Associates LLP. In this role, I have been actively involved in providing legal services and handling diverse cases.
Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, I worked at Niranjan Law Associates in Hyderabad, where I gained valuable experience in various legal matters.
Between 2012 and 2014, I was associated with Metier Advisory Services Pvt. Ltd., a corporate firm in Hyderabad. During this period, I specialized in labor and corporate affairs and had the opportunity to represent esteemed institutions like P&G and Deloitte.
From February 2010 to 2012, I worked as a consultant at Maytas Properties Pvt. Ltd., a prominent real estate company in Hyderabad. My responsibilities involved providing legal guidance in property transactions, including title investigations, purchases, sales, and development.
Before joining Maytas Properties, I practiced independently from February 2000 to 2010. This period allowed me to handle a wide range of legal matters, such as civil and commercial litigation, constitutional issues, revenue and land disputes, consumer grievances, arbitration cases, negotiable instruments, personal laws, trusts, and debt recoveries.
From February 1998 to January 2000, I had the privilege of working as a junior advocate for the late Sri Amancharla Krishna Murthy, a respected Industrial and Labour Laws Advocate in Hyderabad. During my tenure, I gained valuable experience in labor law matters.
In terms of legal knowledge, I am well-versed in civil and criminal litigation, land and property laws, arbitration procedures, writs, and consumer dispute resolution mechanisms.
Throughout my career, I have handled the preparation and filing of various legal documents, including plaints, written statements, affidavits, petitions, and counters. Additionally, I have worked closely with Senior Counsel in arbitrations, gaining hands-on experience in negotiation, conciliation, and enforcement of awards within India.
In the field of real estate, I possess comprehensive knowledge of property transactions, including title investigations, purchase and sale agreements, and development processes. I am proficient in conducting thorough verifications and collecting certified copies from relevant government authorities. This includes working closely with the Registration Department to ensure compliance with Registration and Stamp Duty Acts.
I have also dealt with the drafting and registration of different legal instruments, such as joint venture agreements, construction contracts, conveyance documents, corporate guarantees, non-disclosure agreements, loan agreements, and various deeds related to property transfers. Furthermore, I have experience in registering private and public charitable trusts.
Throughout my career, I have attended various courts, tribunals, and authorities, including the High Court of Andhra Pradesh, City Civil Courts, Metropolitan Criminal Courts, District Courts, Consumer Forums, Land Reforms Tribunal, and Debt Recovery Tribunal. This has given me exposure to different legal proceedings and a comprehensive understanding of the judicial system.
